These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReconIQ (the "Service"). By creating an account, running a report, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

ReconIQ provides automated business research reports and competitive intelligence modules built on third-party search, maps, review, and AI data sources. Reports are generated automatically and may contain estimates, summaries, or third-party data that we do not independently verify for accuracy.

Accounts & Free Reports

Free reports are limited per the quota shown at signup. We may change free quota limits at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your account email accurate.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with advance notice for future billing cycles.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, or the terms of any third-party data source we rely on.
• Harass, stalk, or gather data on private individuals rather than businesses.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or scrape the Service outside normal use.
• Resell raw report data as a competing intelligence product without our consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reports are complete, accurate, or continuously available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReconIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
